A purpose built residential building, constructed around x years ago, in Finchley (North London).

The owners asked us to provide a complete budget proposal as part of their tender for new management. We were able to provide a complete budget overhaul and sourced new contractors for the majority of block maintenance.

As part of the process we revealed that the previous agent had let the Freeholder place the block insurance despite the fact they were a Right to Manage Company (it’s often overlooked but the right to manage also secures the right to insure) and as a result we have saved them approximately £3500 a year on insurance.


Refreshing Change
We have been working with Haus now for over a year. As leaseholders and freeholders of properties in and around London we have worked with a number of Freehold Management Companies. Most we have found do very little to warrant the fees they collect. Haus on the other hand are a refreshing change, they are very proactive, they send letters, make calls to update you, arrange and attend meetings and go over and above what they have been asked to do.

I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone thinking of using them to manage your block, or if you are a leaseholder and are wondering what they would be like.
