Fast response times when things break or fail
When you or your co-owners report a fault or repair, we’re able to offer warranties on response times. We will guarantee all new non-emergency issues are logged as a request within 24hrs and are generally able to arrange for contractors to attend within a further 24hrs.
We're easy to contact when you need us
We make sure our clients can contact us easily and quickly. You will receive your property manager’s mobile phone number, and in the event, you’re unable to reach them, you can speak to their dedicated assistant. Tasks can also be raised through our portal or by email, with a fast response time.
When you need information, we provide it quickly
We keep you updated on projects and tasks
We put a lot of effort into making sure our clients are regularly updated on live tasks and projects. This includes our bespoke, state of the art, owners portal. The portal has a live link to our back office system and enables users to log new tasks directly into our management system, and look at real-time updates on existing jobs.
