This 30-flat development in Mill Hill was being managed by a large national managing agent who were causing a range of concerns for residents.
They were very slow to respond to maintenance issues and questions regarding how money was being spent were left unanswered.
With problems around security and maintenance too, residents approached HAUS to initiate a Right to Manage process.
The RTM was successful and HAUS were subsequently appointed.

Our Process
Since we were appointed to manage Caldew and Mardale Court, HAUS has been able to put right the issues that were causing such headaches for residents.
We have appointed contractors who work to a higher standard, and already brought about a reduction in the service charge.
The stalled major works programme to replace doors at the property was reinstated, with new quotes and contractors, and is now complete.
We’ve also improved security, installing CCTV and adding a cloud-based entry system that uses fobs so it’s clear who is coming in and out of the building.
We have also dealt with two roof leaks and carried out essential health & safety work. Leaseholders today are happy with the support HAUS provides and feel they have a positive working relationship with a trusted supplier.
