Regular face to face meetings
To accompany our reports, our property management team have a system to book and deliver a regular regime of client meetings – and we meet with most clients at least each month. This is to ensure Management Company Directors have all of the information they need, are property supported in their roles, and have a close working relationship with their property manager and support staff.
Experience managing clients of all sizes
We have experience in helping boards of Directors with properties of all sizes, and have the expertise and resource to support you whether your property has five dwellings or five hundred. Current clients include both smaller sites, listed buildings of all sizes, and large developments with complex mechanical and electrical systems.
Able to manage a broad range of challenges
We are experienced in helping clients negotiate the full range of challenges and difficulties that can (and do) arise, sometimes frequently. This includes major building projects, catastrophic plant or equipment failures, board-level disputes, and problems relating to billing or other financial quandaries.
