MAJOR WORKS
Our dedicated major works team is headed up by a building surveyor with more than 16 years’ experience. The team manages all of our clients major building projects.
Our Major Works Department manages a wide range of substantial building projects, and their experience includes many major initiatives to replace or renew significant pieces of equipment or property.
Although we are currently working on a number of cladding removal projects valued at well over a million pounds, we routinely deliver projects ranging five from five-hundred thousand pounds down to several thousand.
In many instances we manage the entire process in-house, however in some cases we also work alongside external surveyors or other professionals.
Our major works team run regular client meetings and produce their own suite of reports for all live projects, including project spend and debtor analysis. We also have experience of taking on new clients who are part-way through a project and, If this is the case, we’re generally able to take over management of projects at most stages.
