As part of our core service offering, our property management team will deliver a regular schedule of structured client meetings and accompanying reports.

Monthly Property Meeting

Every month, we will send you a monthly property report and invite you to a brief meeting to talk through it with your property manager and their assistant.

The aim of the meeting is to run through the previous month’s activity, draw your attention to anything particularly important, gather any feedback we need to progress tasks, and to foster a close working relationship between our property managers and their clients.

During the meeting, we’ll cover:

From time to time, situations may arise where specialist knowledge or expertise is required. If this is the case, your property manager will arrange for further team members, such as department heads, to attend. There’s no charge for this.

Quarterly Financial Meetings

In this longer meeting, which follows the production of your quarterly financial report, we discuss your property’s financial performance in the previous fiscal quarter in detail.

Your property’s service charge accountant and your property manager will attend this meeting, which is designed to give you absolute clarity on all of your building’s key financial metrics.
