Ensure important messages get through

Whenever we generate a piece of important mail, such as a service charge demand or a notice relating to the running of your property’s management company, it is automatically displayed on the front page when residents log in to the portal.

Track the progress of your projects

The Directors of your property’s Management Company have online access to a project planner which keeps track of the big ticket or long-term projects we are focusing on for you. Smaller transactional items are available to all.

Keep rented tenants on-message

If some of the properties in your property are let out to tenants, we can give them partial access to the property portal. This way, they can stay abreast of relevant events in the building and report issues in common areas in the same way as owners.

Order a key

All building occupants can order and pay for replacement keys online: our supplier sends them directly to the address of your choice.
