Core service agreement

Every client relationship is underpinned by a Core Service Agreement. Tailored to each client, this document sets out exactly what you can expect from us each year.

The agreement forms part of our Terms of Engagement and is a detailed list that covers tangible deliverables such as the number of property inspections we will undertake, and response times.

This approach creates total clarity on our engagement and effectively forms a Service Level Agreement appropriate to each property. Items we commit to deliver in our agreement include:

  • A defined number of client meetings each year

  • The type and number of reports we will send you

  • Response times on client emails and calls

  • The turnaround time on ad-hoc reports or requests for further information
