If you are a group of residents who would like to take over the management of your property through a Right To Manage (RTM) application, HAUS offers significant experience and a comprehensive service.

One of the factors setting us apart is that we’re happy to work with residents’ groups who are in the early stages of their process. In many cases, we can provide practical input and resource, even when the idea of a management takeover is nothing more than a concept. We are also committed to helping with RTM applications without the need for an upfront fee.

HANDS-ON ASSISTANCE

We help you to understand and work through the application process. Our experience means we can give you insight into how long it will take, how it is likely to play out and how much it may cost. Site visits and due diligence can inform this process. We can then go on to help you gather the 50% membership required to submit your RTM application.
