Leaseholders at this 10-flat period building in Shepherd’s Bush, W14, had become frustrated with their managing agent.
Projects were either taking too long to complete or not being followed through at all, and communication was poor, leading to resistance from leaseholders who lacked trust in the agent.
After the resident managing company (RMC) went to tender, HAUS won contract on the strength of our references and cost analysis.

Quickly initiated a major internal and external refurbishment project with transformational effect. Installed an effective management regime where previously there was none.
Our Process
Since appointment, HAUS has turned the situation around, completing two major works projects and with a third under way.
We’ve redecorated the common areas, fixed the bin store, improved cleaning standards and put in a levy to prevent the dumping of rubbish. 134 Sinclair Road now has a rebuilt garden wall and refurbished steps and flooring in its basement area.
Our third major works project will see an overhaul to the property’s membrane roof. It’s a long list of achievements in the two years that we have been managing the block.
We have built a good working relationship with the RMC directors, who have commended us in particular for the major works projects, and restored trust with leaseholders.
