our accounts team is based in-house and amongst other things prepares service-charge demands and processes receipts and monthly budget reports; reconciles our client accounts; prepares annual accounts; submits returns, collects ground rent for landlords, and prepares financial management reports on our clients properties. Whether you want an overview of your position or a particular detail, we can provide it.

if you’re used to dealing with accounts people who don’t know you or your property you’ll appreciate how we’re different. Like our block managers, our accounts people know both the properties we manage and the people who own them.
AN ACCESSIBLE ACCOUNTS TEAM
Our 20 man team are accessible to our clients, not hidden away. If you have a question which you want to ask them directly, no problem – and it is usual for our client accountants to have a close working relationship with our clients. You’re also welcome to come in to the office if you’d like to go through something face-to-face. We’re happy to meet our clients, and don’t keep our accounts team locked away, as is generally standard practice in our sector
