We know you want a property manager you can talk to – whether it’s to raise issues, or to check on what’s been done to address them.

We don’t use call centres – so forget wasting time on hold. Instead you can:

CALL IN
To our office on the Kingsland Road, Haggerston, and there’ll be someone who knows your property and, very likely, you. We’re open to meet you in person from 9am-6pm (and often later), Monday to Saturday.

PHONE US DURING OFFICE HOURS
During office hours, our number is 020 7275 2041, and we will always answer the phone. When we take over a new property  each customer gets the mobile number of their property manager who aims to always pick up calls during business hours.

PHONE US AFTER WE’RE CLOSED
We run a tremendously effective after-hours emergency service. You can call  us 365 days a year, around the clock – and whether you have a large or small problem, it will be dealt with quickly and effectively

ESCALATE SOMETHING
If you have a problem or issue that you think isn’t being dealt with effectively, escalate it to our Managing Director. He’ll respond in person within 48 hours, or you can call him on his mobile
