If you’re within an hours drive of our office we’ll offer you a guarantee. If you’re not happy after 6 months – we’ll waive our fees.

We know it sounds salesy – and whilst we appreciate you’re looking at our site because you want a decent managing agent, not a free service – our warranty puts the onus on us to make sure you feel well looked after. A few of the things we’re able to commit to under our guarantee are:

1. GREAT COMMUNICATION
Our Property Management Team are readilly available in the office and on mobiles. We return over 90% of calls within 4 hours and wont leave you waiting for answers or dialogue

2. REGULAR INSPECTIONS
If your building has more than 10 flats, we’ll put in place a regular inspection regime. The frequency of inspections will be dictated by the size of your property and the type of mechanical and electrical equipment on site. Inspections enable us to keep the building in good shape by monitoring the job contractors (like cleaners) are doing, and nipping problems in the bud. So you know what to expect, we agree an inspection  schedule during your on-boarding process and this is then set out in your Terms of Business

3. RELIABLE EMERGENCY RESPONSE
We operate a reliable 24r emergency hotline, and will be able to help you around the clock if you’re locked out (for example).

4. A QUICK TURNAROUND ON BASIC MAINTENANCE REQUESTS
Funds permitting, we action  all straightforward non-emergency items within 48 hours. You will not be left waiting for repairs

5. REGULAR FACE TO FACE CONTACT
We’d like to meet you. It may sound a bit cheesy, but property management is about relationships – and if you’re happy our job is easier. If you feel like you’d like to speak to us in person we’re generally able to organise something within a few days
