First ‘Residents Portals’ to go live in 2015. Rest to follow in first half of 2016
Over the final quarter of 2015 we will roll-out the first of our new ‘Residents Portals’.
These will allow residents and owners in our clients’ buildings to log-in to a secure site specific to their development, and view (and pay against) account balances, report faults, check on the status of ongoing repairs, and view important documents (like the lease).
All of the information on the portal will appear in real time as it syncs directly with our management software, and it will give our customers the ability to see up-to-the minute information on their property around the clock. A first batch of 10 buildings will go live for Beta Testing in December, with the rest to follow over the first half of 2016.
