Insofar as its possible, part of our strategy is to employ Local Independent contractors to service our clients properties. They’re generally cheaper than larger National or Regional Firms (many don’t charge VAT for starters) and if they’re based in the same area as the property – they’re able to attend more quickly

  • Robust Financial Management

We have an accounts team of 20 including a number of qualified accountants and two dedicated credit controllers. We are able to provide our clients with timely, robust reporting information (generally  quarterly) and robust credit control processes helps ensure the properties in our portfolio have consistent income – which is particularly important on smaller properties

  • We specialise in looking after Residents (not Freeholders or Developers)

We’re totally confident in our offering, and so don’t try and tie you in with a lengthy notice-period. If you’re not happy and you want to leave, you’re free to do so at any time, for any reason

One of the main complaints we hear in the industry, is that of clients not being able to get hold of their Property Manager. You will always be able to get hold of our small, friendly team. You’ll get a mobile number for your property manager and a reliable 24/7 Emergency Number. You’ll even get our MD’s mobile number. Communication is king!

A Cut Above

My previous experiences with property management companies has not been good, but then I was fortunate enough to stumble upon Haus. It’s still early days but what a breath of fresh air.

After successfully guiding us through the RTM process, they’ve now taken over management of our building, systematically undoing the damage caused by the previous companies.

Refreshing Change

We have been working with Haus now for over a year.

As leaseholders and freeholders of properties in and around London we have worked with a number of Freehold Management Companies. Most we have found do very little to warrant the fees they collect.

Haus on the other hand are a refreshing change, they are very proactive, they send letters, make calls to update you, arrange and attend meetings and go over and above what they have been asked to do.

I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone thinking of using them to manage your block, or if you are a leaseholder and are wondering what they would be like.
