We have an accounts team of 20 including a number of qualified accountants and two dedicated credit controllers. We are able to provide our clients with timely, robust reporting information (generally quarterly) and robust credit control processes helps ensure the properties in our portfolio have consistent income – which is particularly important on smaller properties
99% of our Management Portfolio is made up of Residents Management Companies or other Residents groups. If this is you, you wont find another Block Management Company in London as committed to providing you with a great service
