Harwood Road
Since taking over as managing agent, HAUS overhauled the budget, retendering for contracts and securing better-value service charges for residents.
We resolved debt issues and added provision for health and safety, which had not previously been in place. We also switched insurance provider, giving residents a better policy for the same cost.
Arlington Road
Since managing the development, HAUS has resolved a number of longstanding issues and set Arlington Road on a much stronger path for the future.
We addressed ongoing problems with the lifts. The development has both a passenger lift and a refuse lift, and residents were paying to maintain both, despite the refuse lift being out of action. We secured a refund and appointed a new contractor to manage the lifts moving forward.
