We’re based on The Kingsland Road (between Dalston and Shoreditch).
Although we manage a few sites that are a little further afield – we’re currently only taking on new business within an hours drive of our office.This means we can deliver on the following five points effectively:
1. FACE TO FACE CONTACT
Sometimes you may find it easier to explain what you want face-to-face. When you do, we’re happy to come to the property and talk to you in person; or you’re always welcome in our office on the Kingsland Road, Haggerston.
2. A SWIFT RESPONSE ON MAINTENANCE ITEMS
Under our Performance Warranty, funds permitting we will instruct all non-emergency works (which do not require multiple quotes) on a same day basis if notified before midday. We’re able to deliver on this as whenever possible we use contractors who are local to your building.
3. REGULAR INSPECTIONS
Each and every property in our London Portfolio has a clearly defined inspection schedule. The frequency of our visits is dictated by the size of the property and the complexity of its mechanical and electrical equipment. Inspection frequencies are agreed during on boarding and are then set out clearly in our Terms of Business.
4. FAST EMERGENCY RESPONSE
even the best-maintained buildings suffer occasional problems like leaks, blockages or electrical faults. When something goes wrong, we’re always close at hand. In fact, we guarantee fast emergency response, 24/7.
5. HANDS ON MANAGEMENT
Lots of property managers rarely visit their clients’ buildings. Some don’t bother at all. We know ours inside and out. If there’s a problem, we’ll often visit to make an onsite assessment and manage the works.
