A landmark period building (built just before the turn of the Century) of 55 residential flats in the heart of the Stepney Green Conservation Area – overlooking Stepney Green itself.

We took over management in 2014, as the Buildings Directors were unhappy with the previous agents ability to drive forward a relatively complex Major Works Project which involved the reinstatement of the buildings original railings  and installation of a robust access system . They also felt that their previous manager didn’t; visit the property regularly enough, remedy basic maintenance requests in an acceptable timeframe,and  weren’t able to to deliver robust reporting information in a timely manner for the Directors monthly management meeting

Since takeover we have corralled together all the various contractors and tradesmen necessary in order to move forward the major works process forward, and ensured that their proposals met with the approval of the local Conservation Department. We’ve solved a particularly thorny issue  which was preventing the roof from being inspected, and implemented a regular inspection regime (of at least 2 visits each month) from a senior member of our Property Team. We’ve delivered a bespoke monthly Directors report, which has enabled the Directors to make properly informed decisions at their monthly meeting. The turnaround-time on all maintenance requests has dramatically decreased and, whilst there is still ground to be made, the satisfaction level amongst residents is significantly higher than it was when we first took over

So far so Great!

We joined Haus at the beginning of this year having had a very bad experience with our previous property management company. The contrast is extreme! Haus have been truly amazing so far, it’s not rocket science, it’s just really good service……
