2. MANAGEABLE PORTFOLIOS
Whenever we interview for a new property manager we’re surprised by how many properties other companies expect each team member to manage. It’s not uncommon for individuals (unsupported) to be responsible for managing portfolios of well over a thousand individual units. In some instances, more even than this! Our Property Managers work with an assistant and each two man team looks after no more than 800 properties. They are also supported by and have a large back office team. We’re not spread too thin.
3. ROBUST ACCOUNTS TEAM
We have a large and experienced accounts team, headed up by a Finance Manager with over 25 years experience. The 20 man (and woman) team means each Client Accountant looks after less than half the industry average ‘units’. They’re supported by two dedicated credit controllers, and a team whose sole purpose in the Company is to provide our customers with regular financial reports.

Most of our Senior Property Team are also shareholders- and so genuinely care about its (and your) well-being. Coupled with manageable-sized portfolios, this means we have a happy cohesive team who are able to offer you continuity.
